Yeah that. With the exception of the extreme tinies (like the 24 oz pup mentioned which I honestly have no experience with), I don't understand what the extra care is. I'm very careful with all of my dogs. Even Gracie at 8or 9 pounds is still a small dog and would be hurt if she were stepped on or fell. The only extra caution I take with Sugar is not allowing him to jump off of furniture and as I already mentioned, he's the easiest to do so since he can't jump up. Besides that, I the only extra care I can think Sugar gets is I don't let people hold him but truthfully I'm not thrilled when people pick Gracie or Spike up either.
