My boy Kobi's ears are like that, and he's over a year old! They're definitely staying. I think when they're younger they tend to go up and down and up and down a lot more, but you can shave part of the ear and tape it up for a week or so, if you don't like the look. But speaking from experience, I think it's SOOOO cute, and Kobi gets so many compliments on his "WHACKO" cute ears
