This is one of my main concerns as a breeder when I have a prospective new owner wanting one of my babies and I find out they have small children. It's not that I'm against children, but I can tell you this is one of the reasons I have not ever allowed one of my babies to go to homes with small children.
I am glad your baby is okay and I do hope this is a lesson learned and won't happen again. Please use this unfortunate accident as a new start to propery teach your daughter the proper ways to treat a puppy!
