That is so exciting! I don't have any name suggestions because that is the hardest but I don't think it will be too big of a problem to rename her. I've known a number of older SPCA rescue dogs have been renamed without any issues.
Oh, I do think Paisley would be a really cute name for her if you do decide to keep it in the running.
