If she has a sensitive stomach, it could hurt her tummy. With her falling over, I would be concerned with her getting into something toxic or maybe having a blockage...but with a blockage she probably wouldn't be eating and pooping. If she's really collapsing, I'd go to the vet...could be a toxin or something really serious
