My Ginger had surgery last July 2007 and I was already told by them (VPI) that it was not covered. I spent almost $4,000.00 for her surgery on both legs and I did not bother to submit claim because I know it was not covered. I also filed a claim for Hernia Repair and the representative told me that it wasn't covered too. I laready cancelled my other furbaby insurance with them but I'm still holding on for my 2 Yorkies but i'm planning to cancel them soon. |
