I had to laugh reading all of these posts, not because they are funny at all, but because I am SO glad that you all have been through similar experiences as I went through, and I'm glad I'm not the only one who has these feelings! So many replies really hit home for me! Isn't it so frustrating when others don't understand the care and love you have for your furbaby? This was my first holiday season with Sully, and let me tell you that I'm very glad the visit with the future in-laws is over. Some of you have given me a nice idea that it's ok to send the hubby/boyfriend away without you sometimes!
It's nice to know everyone here is so understanding!
