If your baby has reactions to it, I would not recommend using it. There are natural ways to keep fleas from jumping on your baby. Try doing a quick search and see if you can find them.
Those chemicals from Frontline are going into your baby's body and causing neurological symptoms. Ever wonder why it says not to let it come in contact with your own skin?
As mentioned before, if by chance your baby gets a flea on her, you can bathe her in regular DAWN dish soap to kill the fleas
