Cash is adorable. At three months they are still teething so the ears may be down for a bit. There is no guarantee they will go up all the way, as my Bella's ears both go only half way up and then bend down at the top but they look adorable that way as I'm sure your Cash's do too. As I think someone else mentioned, you could shave the top to keep the hair from weighing them down and then follow the instructions to tape them. I did do this with my little Lilly and after a day or so they popped right up and have stayed up, although I think a lot had to do with timing and teething. They may have been just ready to pop up on their own.
