Doesn't sound like you'll be able to do it this time because of the extra stuff, but in the future you should look into Anesthesia-Free Teeth Cleaning. I haven't done it myself yet but have only heard good things about it. As long as there isn't excessive tarter and no teeth to be pulled they can usually do it. I checked into awhile ago and think it cost like $100. I'm in Colorado but would think its available other places too.
