That pic is adorable!!!!!!!!!! If you think the watering is truly excessive, it really is best to have your vet look at the eye for infection. Eye infections are easily treated and not all that uncommon.
Also, what are you feeding? Bc food allergies can cause terrible watering, as can enviromnmental allergies - but I'd look at food first.
