I have a stroller for my Bichons, too. My Lacy has hip dysplasia and she doesn't want to walk as far as Cosmo, so I have a stroller for when she gets tired. I don't worry about what others think about me and my dogs. My family all are dog lovers and my friends accept me as I am. For those who don't agree with the way I live, that's their problem. I feel sorry for people who can't love an innocent animal. And like someone else said, when my family or friends have a dog question, I'm the one they ask.
