I can really relate because my son also has autism and he doesn't understand why he can't have things. I also live in Hialeah, FL. I bought a tag for my Nina and I am planning on having her microchipped but realistically know that if she is lost I will not get her back. Too bad this wasn't featured in the local news maybe that lady would grow a consious and give the dog back.
