[Henry's mom]

I am at my wits end. Henry was ill in his first year (liver problems). I asked the family who sold me Henry to refund the money. The folks at TSFMLS also wrote a letter on my behalf. After badgering them for well over a year now (I even had a lawyer write a letter) I have received nothing. I really need to get Henry's labs rechecked, and need the money to do so. What else can I do? Retaining a lawyer would be great--just don't have the funds for this. Please help! Thanks very much.
