I completely agree with you both! I think that the title "Featured Breeder" itself should indicate those who have 'proven themselves' and who meet a strict criteria, striving to be the best of the best--breeders who are held to higher standards.
I think it is a GREAT idea, but I think that if the requirements were a bit stricter, maybe more people would see it as an honor and make it their goal to prove that they are 'that good.'
