OK, that information (that she *could* have been bred) helps out with giving you an answer.
You'll have determine which days a possible tie from your male could have happened. Do you know for certain that she was in heat? The weight and swollen nipples doesn't mean anything concretely...it could be a false pregnancy or just something she is going through post-heat--it happens.
Like someone mentioned, it's hard to tell for certain until late on in the pregancy for sure.
If you are worried and this was unwanted and it is early on, you can have her spayed now. If you don't intend to breed...have them fixed. Otherwise, you'll have to wait a bit and it will be a guessing game. Keep an eye on her and when she is around 40 days or so, you *may* be able to have a vet give you an answer...but still, nothing you can count on 100% until later on.
If nothing else, you now know how persistant these fellas can be and you need to make plans to keep them further apart next time.
