I have a new 15 week old Yorkie that weighs 1 lb 15 oz.
The breeder had her on Bil-Jak which I can't get her to eat. She and my vet stressed to me how important it is that she eat often to avoid hypoglycemic issues. They have me freaked out about this!!
I have tried so many different foods, even cooked chicken and she just will eat only a bite or two.
I am going to get NutraCal as soon as Petco opens and give her some of that.
How do I go about getting her eating? Do I just put out a couple of different foods and FORCE myself to not worry...how long is to long for her to go without eating much??
I just lost my other Yorkie to a tragic accident and am so afraid something will happen to this baby.
Can someone give me some help her on how to get her to eat, please.
