They can't, no reputable breeder can guarantee size.....because the only thing you can depend on is that these Yorkies will make a liar out of you everytime.
I as a breeder/exhibitor do not advertise when I have a litter or when I have pups available
And as I said before....reputable breeders don't price their tinies at a higher price, they place those tinies in homes that are familiar with the care of them.
