That is unfortunate--it does seem as if you are having a rough go at things.
Maybe someone here will be able to help you out and recommend someone in your area. So many breeders have been screwed over too that it is hard for them to trust others with the dogs they've worked so hard for. Another good place to start would be to see if there are any breed clubs near you.
Hang in there, keep your chin up and keep trying. It will work out for you eventually.
