From what I know Rini - They will be placed for adoption and I don't think my friend is going for charges - she just needed to get them out of there - Some of the puppies may not have made it another 24 hours in that overheated house...I'm thinking they will be adopted and that will be that - I can check further into this - I didn't know that - Thanks !
I think I found ONE puppy a new home when they are released and deemed healthy - The person that wants one will be the BEST mom !
