almost forgot to post an update. Bengi didn't throw up during the night that day, but did once in the morning before we went on the road. Then he was ok during the whole trip (12 hours...) so he's fine. I think it wasn't something he ate, but it happened because he got too cold. He's not used to cold weather; the night he started vomiting he was outside for a while and the ground was a little wet, so he's paws were really cold. He's been fine since then, thanks everybody for your help
