Right now I think the only requirements is a $50 donation, a website, and a 1 year health guarantee. I would also like to at least see these things required: puppies sold at a minimum of 12 weeks of age, no females being bred under a certain weight..(definitely not under 4lbs), certain health testing required to rule out common genetic defects, and a spay/neuter agreement. I just really think featured breeders need to be held to a higher standard

i agree 100%
