True Lori....just like AT&T ..... a lot of people like them, but we don't...just because every month, we have to call them because there are so many charges on the phone...some kind of downloads....we my DH doesn't do...he is a smart guy, but when it comes to his phone....He wants the basic...just to call...no messages, no text...NOTHING! These charges are normally $18-30 each month......we have to be the full amount of the bill and then they will take it off our next bill...it is a pain in the @$$ to have to do each month!!! (aurgh)...other than that, the plan he has is great and he has service EVERYWHERE...and we live WAY out in the woods!!
