I would post an ad in the local paper. It is quite possible that someone picked her up. Offer a reward for information leading to her return. If Delilah was a friendly girl and not afraid of strangers then she could of been picked up by someone not from you neighborhood but maybe someone had come to a New Year's Eve party in you neighborhood, saw her running around and took her home.
