Tucker always goes outside to potty first thing in the morning when he wakes up. This morning I tried to take him out and he runs right back into the house. We got 2-3 inches of snow last night and I think it initially scared him, so I used a broom to sweep off the porch area and a small patch of grass. Still no luck. He normally will run out when I open the door to go potty but if that fails I can carry him out to go. Neither of these are working. It's almost 11:00 here now and he's not gone potty since around 10:00 last night. I know he must need to go, but he's just lying on the couch next to me.

Any ideas?
