http://www.valethics.com They are reclaimed from hospital/nursing home use and are thoroughly cleaned before they are shipped. I have been 100% pleased with these pads. They are very inexpensive and wash well - they have a nice heavy cloth covered rubber backing that DOES NOT LEAK.
