Well, it could be that the kennel has no idea that this person is reselling their puppies. I have heard of people buying puppies in other states and reselling them here in CA because they go for 3 times more $. If you saw a good review on the kennel, then I would call the kennel and talk to the them about the situation. I have a feeling they will not be happy and you will have a puppy at a much cheaper price. Maybe you could pm Bama as well.
