Default Ideas please

I have 2 yorkie babies, Bella is nearing 7 months and Coco is only 16 weeks. They are both pee pad trained and do very well when they are in their ex pen. When I take them out of their to play I leave the door open and they can play in the living room which is open to the kitchen where their ex pen and pee pad are. Well, every single time I have taken Bella out she poops as soon as she is in the livingroom. I decided to have a pee pad near the front door where she was pooping and that didn't stop her she still pooped, about 1 ft away from the pee pad almost like she was trying to avoid doing it where she should. It is random where she decides to go, it could be on the carpet, throw rug or on the slate floor. I have no clue what I can do to stop her from doing this and she seems to do it in a sneaky way on purpose so I think she knows it is wrong. It's always when i'm no looking. My 16 week old pup has never had an accident anywhere other then missing the peepad
