There are a lot of people that keep their yorkies hair short...and one thing about a coarser, short coat is it doesn't matt and tangle up or need to be groomed very often. Just be very honest with your potential buyers...let them know what his hair type will be. You will probably have to price him lower than you would for a yorkie with a normal hair type. I'm sure you'll have buyers that want him if he's priced accordingly and you're honest about him
