In-breeding is the breeding of closely related individuals such as, father to daughter, mother to Son, sister to brother.
Line breeding is breeding on a common ancestor such as geat grandsire to great grand daughter. If you find a common sire or dam in your Yorkie's pedigree (such as in the 1st, 4 th and 6th generation) your Yorkie is line breed.
