I dont have Max's contract in front of me but it says something about if for any reason I cannot keep him at any time I need to conact her 1st and she will take him back and and will take as much care in finding him his new home as he did when he went into my home and once he is sold to the new owners she will send me the money. She said she would ask what I paid for him but to keep in mind finding him the best home is more important and not the money so she couldnt guarentee a full refund but would try to get a fare price. Or if she decides to keep him for herself we would agree upon a fare price.
She made it very clear to me verbally that I could not sell or give him away to anyone at any time and she had 1st rights to him if a day were to come that I couldnt keep him any longer.
He is my

and I wouldnt dream of ever giving him back for any reason so I packed that contract away and never read it again.
