The breeder said she'll probably be about 7lbs full grown (which is ideal for me, I'm not too interested in the "tea cup" sizes myself as cute as they are). Fortunately, the puppy is already 4 months old and although I won't be able to take her home until the end of the month, the breeder said she could hold her for me until then with a 50% deposit. So hopefully the puppy will be the right one for me *fingers crossed*.
I'm just wondering what I should look out for, what to ask the breeder, how can I tell if it's the right one (other than what I feel)?
Thanks in advance for your advice!

Look at the parents and see how they act and look. Ask the breeder how long she has been doing this and view the breeding facility. Also, ask for a local reference and see if their puppy had seizures or health problems.
You can't always do all these things but that is the ideal scenario if you can.
