Would it be ethical and honest for me to join, agreeing to the terms above, yet knowing that I am breeding off standard colors? My word is my honor and I can't agree to terms that I am unable to abide by. It should be the same for any YTCA exhibitor or breeder - off color or not off color - as well as the balance of the terms listed on the website, that the club states you are agreeing to by joining.
So us parti breeders are dammed if we do join and dammed if we don't. |
I am in full sympathy with your delima......
and you are right anyone who has requested to join and has been accepted should be prepared to stand, uphold and abide by the bylaws, code of ethics and conduct. If membership is taken seriously it is a big responsibility....and remember everything that is voted on must be passed by a majority 2/3 vote
I'm sure that you'd feel that way if and when your goals are accomplished and a National Breed Club were established.
