Help please...
I just purchased an 11 week old male Yorkie (Oscar) and have had him for only four days. He is peeing and pooping everywhere, despite my efforts of trying to take him outside every two hours to combat this. Doesn't work...also trying the puppy pads, no success...

Does anyone have tips for success?

I don't understand when he is ready to go potty...I look for the signals, sometimes they are there (running around in circles and sniffing) but most of the time, there isn't any warning and then, before you know it, accident...

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks! Kellie
