www.puppyescrow.com where you put the money into escrow and once you get the puppy, the escrow company sends out the money. This way, if you are buying from someone who has to ship your pup, both buyer and seller are protected.
If I send a breeder money, what is to stop them from not sending the puppy? With escrow, there is no need to worry because the money is held safe by a third party (puppyescrow)...so I feel safe, knowing that if my dog doesnt show up at the airport, I'm only out $50 or whatever the escrow fee is.
