Awful and disgusting, they should so make such tough laws on this, I think it is about time. I do not mean huge fines, I mean Jail time, and not days neither. Something long enough for them to remember, others to learn, treat it like it is a federal offence.
My brother got a yorkie from a puppy mill a few years back now, the dogs outside area that is fenced in for him looks like a miniature horse racing track.
I never why why and nor does my brother to this day. Now from this video I guess we now know..
he just goes around in circles all the time. His wife will never have another yorkie because of this. But when I saw their yorkie. I have to admit, I told her he should have been put down. After 7 years he still does he circles, and is afraid of everyone but them. It broke my heart so badly to see this.
I have never had a strange yorkie that would not come to me. But he would go to the far side of the yard or house to avoid me getting close. poor little guy.
