That is so horrible, poor little girl,my heart goes out to her ! And shame on the owners for letting a little one run like this of leash...i very often feel bad for having them allways on leash, it would be soo much fun seeing them run free, but dont even feel safe with them being on leash and allways on the lookout for the unknown ! Please keep us posted
