Yes I have used it and it does work. The problem is that it will not prevent reinfestation. I used on Ollie while she was pregnant because I did not want to use chemicals. I bathed her with it twice, a week apart, then I switched to oatmeal shampoo to soothe the bites that she had. she is now completely free of them.
As for the frontline plaus. Are you buing it from your veterinarian or getting it from a pet store or online? I don't know how true this is, but I have read that if you do not get it from your verteinarian, that it might be old and has lost it potency. I have always had good luck with Frontline plus, purchased from my vet.
