Tucker just vomitted some yellow, bubbly stuff. Is this just a coincidence, or is it possible that he's caught what I have? I did more research and everyone is saying that dogs can't catch human viruses - just like you guys said.

I'm almost positive it's a virus because my niece and nephew had the same symptoms over Christmas an I saw them quite a bit. Also, I called my mom this morning and she's having the same symptoms as well.

I had just vomitted about 5-10 minutes prior, but It was in the bathroom and he didn't see, so I have no idea what's wrong. I hope it's just a strange coincidence, but I've never seen him vomit so that worries me.
