I would go by what your vet recommends. I'm guessing he will want to assume that no shots were given since your breeder was so bad.
Do make sure your vet checks his knees and does a bile acids test to check his liver function. When you get a poorly bred puppy, there is also a big chance of genetic problems, too. |
