i grew up in phila and am now in the surrounding areas.. it is true that the enforcement is lax..it stinks.. instead of fines the bars shouldbe forced to pay for my shampoo/ dry cleaning.. i hate the way my clothes smell the morning afte being out in a club or bar.. they banned it in Atlantic City and in some of the clubs it really makes a HUGE difference..

i think it is a great idea.. it is not fair to have a bunch of smokers at a bar and then children sitting 10 feet away at a booth in the same restaurant like at an applebees or something..

i wish philly would be strict about it.
