I think Admin does not allow the person to participate in the GE's again...or something.........I think there is something in the rules about those who do not send out their gift and what happens to them!
My DH doesn't mind at all...............he doesn't say anything, but he does like to see what all they get! Course, he doesn't really like the whole clothing/hair bows thing.....well, I think that is more the money I spend on it!!!
