Hmmm...I'm not the best person regarding the pancreatitis concern - but wouldn't higher protein be risky for that? Yorkieluv is great w/ this subject, hopefully she'll chime in.
Otherwise, I think EVO is a great food and I'm comfortable w/ higher protein foods - but that's me. You'd want to be sure she stays hydrated though if you're feeding straight, higher protein kibble (dry only). What you could do, to both "cut" the protein (if that continues to be a concern) and add moisture, is add things to the kibble - like veggie (steamed/pureed) or something.
