I do not know much about choc yorkies, but there is a breeder here in the breeder section you might want to check that out. Has a thread in the baby section.
Yes 16 weeks to too late to have tails docked and dew claws removed.
When you get a dog altered and baby teeth removed dewclaws can be removed at this time. I think the tails are just going to be there.
I guess it is up to the individual if they like them or not. They talk about recessive gene's producing choc, they say they do not meet the standard. It seems to be a touchy topic.
Personally I think they are adorable. Check the nursery for choc yorkies to see.
