The origins of the Biewer are the same as the origins of the parti. They both started from two traditional colored yorkies. the Germans developed the biewers into a breed of their own and set standards. The parti breeders are working in that same direction.

I am not sure on this statement, but I believe the only way you can get a registered Biewer is to breed 2 registered Biewers. I don't beieve you can register them as Biewers if they are a product of two yorkies. But I do not know that for a fact.
