Basically they are the same dog started the same way. Two traditional colored yorkies produced a parti colored pup.
The Biewers are now a breed of their own and they have their own standards. The parti breeders in America are working towards doing the same thing. YTCA doesn't like to admit that the partis even exist, but they haven't heard or seen the last of us. LOL
