I feel its a pretty fair law as it stands right now...I smoke outside but I am careful not to smoke around people who dont smoke. I do smoke in my van though and outside my home. I guess unless cigarettes are outlawed all together you cant ban it completely...I do think its fair that its banned from inside public buildings, such as restaurants, bars, theaters etc..enclosed places like that are enough to make even me as a smoker sick.
