Well, Yorkies do 'throw up' sometimes for no reason. I say to keep a close eye on him, like you said, if he starts to act funny or getting really down in the dumps than bring him to the Vet. Otherwise, I'd say if he is acting normal - eating and drinking, going potty, playing and sleeping well, he's probably fine
