There could be several causes and there are several possible solutions. It could be his diet causing the problem, or an issue w/ his teeth. Have him checked to see if his teeth need to be cleaned and brush them regularly. Get some liquid oral care to add to his water--it helps fight plaque and bad breath. I know there are some treats that help fight bad breath. I have been told to let them munch on raw carrots...but never tired it and can't tell you why that is supposed to help.
