It is very pretty as it is right now but yes it does needs a little something to do the "valentine " and selling with a matching bow it will be great.
I'm not good at playing designer so I'll just wait and see as well.
But I really think it is good as it is so we may use it for other occassions if want it to.
I love dresses with tulle it gives a classy look.
